Welcome to Stewie’s World Shop https://shop.stewiesworld.com/ . The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stewie’s World Shop powered by Monarch Commerce. Stewie’s World Shop powered by Monarch Commerce operates this online store including all related information, content, features, tools, products, merchandise and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Stewie’s World Shop powered by Monarch Commerce is built with Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting. The date of the last update will always appear at the top of this page.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DISPUTE RESOLUTION: These Terms require disputes to be resolved individually through final and binding arbitration (unless you opt-out within 30 days or the dispute qualifies for small claims court). Please review the Dispute Resolution section for details.

2. PURCHASING TERMS

Payments

When you make a purchase, you authorize us or our third-party payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount (including applicable taxes, shipping, and other charges). You are responsible for timely payment and for providing valid payment details. If you use a third-party payment processor, their terms also apply.

Personal Use Only

All purchases are for personal use only and may not be resold. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All orders are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after submission.

Returns & Refunds

All items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of defective or damaged products upon arrival. In such cases, contact us at support@stewiesworld.com within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Shipping

  • Orders ship only within the United States.

  • Shipping rates: $7.99 to the contiguous 48 states; $9.99 to Hawaii and Alaska

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days; delivery: 5–7 business days thereafter. This timeline applies to in-stock items only. If you’re ordering a pre-order item, please check our Pre-Order Policy below for details on estimated shipping dates.

  • All shipments are insured; you must file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance with claims.

Pre-Order Policy

From time to time, we may offer select items for purchase as a pre-order before they are available for general sale. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

1. Payment & Order Placement

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping or release dates are provided in the product description. These dates are only estimates and are subject to change without notice due to production or supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to update customers if there are significant changes to estimated delivery dates.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders may be canceled by us at any time for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Customer-initiated cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed, as production planning may begin immediately. Please contact us promptly at support@stewiesworld.com  if you wish to request a cancellation.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order purchases are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Items marked “Final Sale” in the product description are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Product Changes

Product details, colors, or features may vary slightly from pre-release images or descriptions due to production adjustments.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be charged where required by law and calculated based on your delivery address at checkout.

3. USE OF SERVICES

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms, including:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the functionality of the Sites.

  • Using bots, scraping tools, or other automated methods to access data.

  • Circumventing or altering any security or functionality features.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL STEWIE’S WORLD SHOP POWERED BY MONARCH COMMERCE, OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS, THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS OF ANY OF THE FOREGOING, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before initiating formal action, you agree to contact us at support@stewiesworld.com  to try to resolve the matter informally. If no resolution is reached within 30 days:

  • Disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Arbitration will take place in the state of California unless we both agree otherwise.

  • You and Stewie’s World waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Opt-Out Right: You may opt-out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@stewiesworld.com  within 30 days of your first use of the Services.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements.

  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be a waiver of that right.

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  • Successors & Assigns: These Terms bind and benefit our successors, assigns, and licensees.
