Shipping

• Orders ship only within the United States.
  

• Shipping rates: $7.99 to the contiguous 48 states; $9.99 to Hawaii and Alaska
  

• Shipping Time: Please consult the individual product page for expected shipping timing. Once shipped from our distribution center, please expect 4-7 business days for carrier transport to your address.

• All shipments are insured; you must file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments directly with the carrier. We will provide reasonable assistance with claims.

Pre-Order Policy

From time to time, we may offer select items for purchase as a pre-order before they are available for general sale. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

1. Payment & Order Placement

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.

Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping or release dates are provided in the product description. These dates are only estimates and are subject to change without notice due to production or supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or other factors outside our control.

We will make reasonable efforts to update customers if there are significant changes to estimated delivery dates.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Pre-orders may be canceled by us at any time for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Customer-initiated cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed, as production planning may begin immediately. Please contact us promptly at support@stewiesworld.com  if you wish to request a cancellation.
